Advertising Sales Executive
We publish a family of ten community magazines and are looking for someone to join our small, friendly team to play an integral part in the success of these publications and help our communities flourish. If you are really enthusiastic about talking to people and providing solutions to their advertising needs then this could be the role you are looking for.

The role is a varied one, as you would expect in a small business, but these are the key responsibilities:
- Sales of advertising across 10 monthly community magazines to new clients
- Liaise with existing customers over adverts and renewals
- Administration of bookings
- Some credit control responsibilities
- Work with design and sales colleagues to ensure smooth progress of work
- Other customer support duties, as necessary
The key skills we are looking for:
- At least two years experience of sales in a role where you have generated some of your own sales leads
- A good standard of English and Maths. There is a lot of written communication and you will be dealing with prices so you have to be confident in your abilities
- A full driving license is essential
- Experience of working with CRM systems would be beneficial, computer competency is essential
- Excellent inter-personal skills. It is a role that is all about listening and understanding clients needs and offering the best solutions
- The ability to organise and motivate to achieve targets, work to deadlines and demonstrate teamwork
