Metheringham Swimming Pool News
Covid -19 Update

We hope all our swimmers are staying safe and well at this difficult time.  Our thoughts are with those of you who are self-isolating.

As with other public organisations we are following the government guidelines for sports & leisure facilities throughout the Covid-19 pandemic; therefore the planned opening day for Meg Pool on 8th May has been postponed.
We continue to review the latest Government guidelines and if at all possible will open as soon as it is safe to do so. Having completed all the improvement and upgrade works earlier in the year this is indeed sad, but the safety of all residents, staff, volunteers and users is our primary concern. We look forward to welcoming you all back to Meg Pool as soon as it is possible to do so.
In these uncertain times it is good to focus on some positive news.  On Saturday 14th March we were proud to celebrate the start of our time as Metheringham Co-op’s Community Champions with an information and fundraising stall for Meg Swimming Pool inside the store.  Customers came to talk to us and take part in the fundraising competitions and several generous villagers donated the Easter eggs they won to local children.
Our thanks go to Mary the manager and her amazing team of staff for making us so welcome.  We may be biased but we think they are the best Co-op in Lincolnshire!
